Campbell to teach second grade at St. Mary

St. Mary School students and staff welcome Paula Campbell to the school community as the second grade teacher. Campbell is happily married to Rusty Campbell, and together they have four children. The family brings a strong sense of commitment to education and community involvement, qualities that Campbell plans to carry into her classroom every day.

Campbell said she looks forward to meeting her new students and building a warm, supportive learning environment where every child feels confident and curious. She believes young learners thrive when lessons connect to their daily lives, so she plans to blend foundational reading, writing, and math skills with hands-on activities and plenty of encouragement.

Parents and colleagues describe the arrival of Campbell as a positive step for the school as it continues to strengthen its early grade programs. She said she is eager to work closely with families, listen to their hopes for their children, and collaborate with fellow teachers to keep students engaged throughout the year.

Outside the classroom, Campbell enjoys spending time with her family and participating in local events. She said those experiences help her understand the needs of children and families in the community. Staff members said her energy and dedication will be a great addition to St. Mary, and they are excited to see what her students accomplish under her guidance this school year.
