Horizon Education Centers recently kicked off its 10-week summer camp program, welcoming over 1,118 children ages 6 to 14 across 16 locations in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties. This year's camp features an exciting superhero theme, designed to inspire creativity and teamwork among young participants.
The program includes a variety of engaging activities, such as arts and crafts, sports, and educational workshops, all centered around the superhero motif. Campers will have the opportunity to develop their own superhero personas, complete with unique powers and backstories, fostering imagination and self-expression.
In addition to the fun-filled activities, the camps aim to promote important values such as friendship, courage, and community service, encouraging children to embody the qualities of their favorite heroes. Parents have expressed enthusiasm for the program, noting the positive impact it has on their children's social skills and confidence.
